We value our health properly - we think that health care is basic right! BTW you know how that helps productivity? No? Well, that is YOUR problem, we can profit on your idiocy.
We understand that goverment helps - btw, they created whole administrative thing, called state or union, and they should and must do the right thing whatever is the cost.
We believe that education and science should be also universal on same grounds as health as it is right. Also academic world is world where only ideas and facts matter. I hate what USA has done to that concept.
Media? Well, in Europe general practice is to have very high quailty state owned channel, to provide pure information - like BBC or CT.
Militairy? When I heard about your PMCs, my first though was - USA is doomed. As I remember correctly, this move was mostly one of the last, before fall of empire/state.
And you still have some poorly educated or ignorant republicans, who are being played with like cattle by big money from corporations like Goldman Sachs or NewsCorp., influencing national discourse, and factually doing everything wrong - however cliché might that sound, with just little knowledge about society(social studies) it would be clearly visible to all.
