take a fuckin' axe to it

So I sawed down a stump today.  Tomorrow, I'll take a fuckin' axe to it.

>>1-kun, I do suppose you could go to those lengths.  Yet it is the standard practice to take out a large auger bit, then use a power drill to sink a lot of holes into the stump.  After a few seasons, the holes will allow weathering and decay to proceed much, much faster, and the stump will be eradicated well enough without the onerous expenditure of sweaty labor.

Well, I took a fuckin' axe to it.  The stump was there for years, so I was able to take out parts quickly enough.  I got tired though.  I'm thinking about taking a sledge hammer to it.

I advise that you take the axe to the center, and once that is sufficiently hollowed out, then you take the sledge hammer to the walls.  Then you give it the goatfinger (if the axing and hammering were not enough).
