Code crack. Any help?

Out of 50 randomly attributed numbers the digit 6 does not appear once?

If one were, perhaps, to run a frequency analysis of the numbers presented (treating 0 as 10, and – or _ as 11), the result would indicate that that it was a left hand poised over the digits 1 to 5 on a keyboard, and the right hand (cramped after fapping to too much Justin Bieber, most likely) poised over digits 7 to -), and merely doing a ‘Mexican Wave’ starting from the little finger (pinkie?) to the Index finger.
