Sure, we can define a "trigger" as only something to ACTUALLY be afraid of, but then NO panic attack has triggers, because if there was actual things to be afraid of, they would just be phobias at most.
...but if we instead include panic and worry itself into triggers, then what kind of panic attacks happen completely out of nowhere?
...but I guess this is the delusions that people with panic attacks have: That panic itself suddenly attacks them out of nowhere, for no reason. ...and I guess that that's what really happens: If you're so utterly stupid that you don't realize what in life actually poses a danger to you, your emotions will just run rampant in your brain.
