Doesn't panic attacks occur only for people too stupid to realize that they're not having an attack?
They'll be walking around and suddenly something upsets them and they go "Oh no! Not this again! What do I do?! AAAUGH!" and then their heart starts to race, all of this is just because they're afraid of getting a panic attack in the first place.
It's like having a phobia for nervousness. It's an "attack", but it's by panic itself. It's most stupid and weakminded than a dog mistaking his own reflection for another dog.
How sheltered must you be for these things to start happening to you? How do you become so nervous that you start being afraid of being afraid?
