If unleased cats are out, be sure to set traps to help our bird friends. You may release the cats, but be sure to collar them with multiple large bells first, and a cannister containing a sternly worded letter to their negligent owners. I saw a torn up kitty on the rail tracks once -- keep them inside for everyone's safety.
