Web 2.0's social-networking sites are certainly not helping to prevent pornography addiction among minors. On MySpace, fourteen-year-old girls, with screen names like "nastygirl," post photos in which they pose provocatively in their underwear, bathing suits the size of postage stamps, skin-tight leather clothing, or cleavage-revealing tops. This is the "culture" that the online cult of the amateur promotes and perpetuates.
