How to decrease horniness?

I'm just your typical socially inept nerd, or something.  I need to figure out how to be less horny.  At first it was just an annoyance, but now I am even finding it hard to concentrate on my work.  Any help would be much appreciated.

No offence, but the people suggesting fapping/hookers seem to misunderstand the question.  Wouldn't that just make me want sex even more?  The goal is to stop thinking about sex all the time, or even at all.
