pissing the bed after drinking?

This never used to happen to me, but it's been increasing in frequency lately. It first happened 3 years ago, and it happened once again that year. 2 years ago it happened around 4 times, this past year about 8 times. In the past couple months its happened everytime I've drank 8 beers or more before sleeping.

How do I avoid it? I have some tempur-pedic-esque foam on top of my mattress and it's starting to absorb the piss and stink up the place. I should switch to hard alcohol so I am drinking less liquid but that's not nearly as convenient to buy.

I totally hate you when I'm sober. But the drunker I get, the more I like you. Anyways, i plan on  getting ``piss drunk'' tonight (and im already halfway there now). Maybe I'll update this thread tomorrow with whether or not i pissed the bed.
