What would you change?

I would require every imageboard thread to have something in the subject field, and every current thread's title would be listed at the top of the board.

Over time it could.  People would be less quick to start new threads, there wouldn't be as many threads on the same topic, and you wouldn't have to search through 15 pages to find a thread.
