And, too many dumbdumbs driving them.  They need to make rules about who can drive, like maybe require a skill certificate, and only let adults drive in public.

And I suppose you would decide who does or doesn't get a skill certificate, hmmm?

We could make these "driving licenses" impartial, if you pass a test you can have one.
