If the people of Egypt are that unhappy, let them have free and fair elections. No matter who they choose to lead them, that party or person is going to be an enemy to someone.
If they choose the wrong enemy, they'll get war.
Keep in mind that their are radical Islamists blowing things up and killing people in a lot of countries in the world, so, personally, I would advise them to go the moderate route...

The Palestinians voted in the Muslim Brotherhood when they were given Democracy.
If Egypt does the same you will see America gear up for war with all of it's allies (Germany, France, etc..) and even it's non-allies in non-muslim nations(Russia, etc..)
