I would make a special division of tskmen. They would go all around the world and tsk anyone who says "Nigger". Imagine you're with a buddy, sitting on a sofa and watching a game, and you go "We sure showed these Niggers!". Then, from behind the sofa, a man emerges, turns to you, says "tsk" and goes back behind the sofa.
