Social Phobia Diary

I moved to a new apartment last year. I am hungry and have nothing to eat, so I would like to buy some croissants(*) but the supermarket isn't open yet. There is a bakery near me, but going to places I haven't been to before stresses me out. I will smoke a cigarette and take a shower and then I will go to the bakery.

*Normally I prefer pastries other than croissants but I'll play it safe until I get used to the bakery.

Look at it this way. If you're feeling that way about people, other people must be feeling that way about you.
