Trains, yes. Trucks, not as certain.
Generally not a good method. If you want to poison yourself get that jeweller's cyanide stuff (probably the best suicide option overall. relatively easy to obtain, quick, painless and it can look like natural causes if you want)
Depends. The best way to hang yourself is to break your neck. Most people suffocate themselves, though, and it takes a very long time (5-10 minutes) and it's excruciatingly painful.
You'd die slow if you died at all.
