Last night I dreamt I stuck my hands down my underpants and felt something in my buttcrack. I pulled out a piece of feces that had been caked in there (it sort of looked like a thick, 5 inch length of brown yarn). I sniffed it and it smelled bad. Then I woke up and my ass was tingling. What could this mean?

I dreamt that I had to protect Norman Bates from three demons who wanted to take over his motel. I was following one of them and after going through a wooden hatch I was in a dark room, with one of evil trio. There was also a girl who was on my side. I distracted him by talking to him (his name was Kelly and he was Italian/Russian and he was bragging how he wrote books about rape). Then the girl grabbed him by his throat while I was supposed to attack him, but I grew scared and just decided to rape the girl instead.
