Last night I dreamt I stuck my hands down my underpants and felt something in my buttcrack. I pulled out a piece of feces that had been caked in there (it sort of looked like a thick, 5 inch length of brown yarn). I sniffed it and it smelled bad. Then I woke up and my ass was tingling. What could this mean?
