A balloon is strapped to you and you float upwards. The plane misses you and you keep going up. Ultimately, you either freeze to death, your blood begins to boil, you suffocate, or the balloon breaks and you fall to your doom (whichever it is, I don't know the exact altitudes). You die alone in the sky.

If you are thrown into a black hole, it will seem like a quick death to others, but to you, your body will be torn apart infinitely slow due to time dilation.
