I have anal sex, but how the hell am I supposed to properly keep it clean down there??

O.K. anon, you have to dump a a quart of alcohol-salt (equal parts) in your rectum. the alcohol is a wet cleanser and the salt is a dry cleanser. This will sterilize the rectum and sphincter.

Be sure to do this before (so it's clean for your partner) and after (to clean out what your partner may have left behind) for a healthy anus.
