Oh You Budgies!

I have an idea for a television program.  A man has a house full of budgies and they are always getting into adorable mischief, to which he says, "oh you budgies!"  As a counterpoint, there are times when he feels loving gratitude, when he says, "oh you budgies."

Personally, I believe that BBC's good series stopped years before I started to appreciate them.

Now they're crap.

Please note that I'd rather cut my phallus off than sit through two hours of Doctor who.

As for that idea, it sounds like something out of the seventies.
