Well does any one have a valid plan to stop it? I mean I know I can write to politicians and crap but I don't believe that will actually work, politics is the evil behind this anyway. Plus I'm not a lawyer buff so I don't understand what most of acta is talking bout so I would sound like an idiot trying to explain why I'm against this to a politician.

Many people have expressed interest in attending an Anti-ACTA protest in their hometown. There are two ways in which people can keep in contact to organize protests with others in their area:
Discuss on the forums here or in real time chat on IRC.
Also available on the forums are flyer packs and music to play during protests.
Protest Dates:
Tentative worldwide protests September 18th (before the next ACTA meeting in Japan)
Worldwide protests planned for November 5th.
Guidelines:
* Do not carry off-topic signs
* Do not engage in illegal activities
* Masks are discouraged. If you wish to wear a mask, check your local laws as masks are illegal in many jurisdictions.
* Protest in highly visible areas which are likely to be protected as forums of free speech. (i.e. federal buildings in the United States, courthouses in other countries)
* Choose your location carefully. Historic locations such as the site of the former World Trade Center, the Boston Harbor, the former site of the Berlin Wall, and any major government building, courthouse, bank, or corporate office in your regional or national capitol will work equally well.
In all honesty I do not think the government is going to give a shit and they will do all they can to keep the media from paying any damn attention.
If anyone has any major connections to media that would help in the much longer run of getting things out there. Otherwise anything short of all out controlled rioting is not going to garner enough attention to do shit. Standing around with picket signs doesn't work until the media picks it up.
