I just heard from a few people now that they are going to make Half-Life the movie. Peter Jackson aparently is taking it on and was quoted saying "I want to represent the film the way it has been for the gamers and fans. It'll be a single person "Gordon Freeman", finding his way up to the surface level and slowly discovering the disasters of his experiment. I intend to stick as closely to the storyline of the game as possible and ofcourse the monsters and enemies".

They are set to begin filming in December and it should be made by May next year. Steam are keeping it very hush hush atm but you can find information on the leaked information on steam fansites.

Lets hope barney is in it!

Being made by PJ same guy who did LotR you know its going to be well done and detailed. Would love if it starts with same mono rail intro, where you can see random things happening all over the place!
