Hi.
I'm just wondering about your opinions on this one.
My father is a total asshole. He is a typical case of narcissistic personality disorder. He is uncapable of empathy, evious of everyone and mentally abuses the whole family.
I have a brother and a sister, both younger and a loving but overly tolerant mom. She argues with him from time to time, but doesn't do anything more, because she hates conflict.
My dad is unemployed and lazy. he sits on his ass all day browsing the internet while me and my mom work our asses out.
My mom only has about half of my salary, so the whole family depends on my financial support, wich means there's no chance for me to buy/rent a house and move alone.
We tried to talk with him thousands of times, but it's no use. Even if he's willing to try for a job, he only wants to go where he'd be some supervisor or if he's accepted somewhere he'll argue with the boss or something, eventually gets himself fired in a matter of days. He just dont f*cking want to work!
If they are to get divorced, we'd neet to pay him half of the house, which would be almost impossible. And since he rarely use physical violence, the police doesn't give a damn about this situation.
Life with him is an utmost hell for all four of us. He is envious about EVERYTHING. My job, my car, my english knowledge, my knowledge of computers, everything. Yet he thinks himself perfect (typical narcissistic) and he always accuses us with everyhting. If we tell him the hard truth about this, he just bursts out in rage.
We are pretty much screwed, and I really don't know what to do.
He is not so depressed though to commit suicide, oh no, he enjoys his life. And no, I won't try to kill him, I am not a murderer and never will be. I just want him out of my (and the others) life...
