Ostrich mode is one way. What you do is you head on over to
Stuff where it's linked at the top of the page, and once you're there, you click on where it says
Dashboard, it's like a personal settings area for you, and you then check the box next to where it says
Ostrich mode and there's a link you can click on that says
your personal ignore list, click on that and then there will be a big white box where you can enter words/phrases that you don't want to see show up in the topics section.
On my thing, I had shit like ``little girl'', ``pedo'', ``nepi'', etc. filtered. That alone takes care of a lot of the pedo bullshit.
Or you could just skip that and go straight to enabling a
"Safe For Work" mode which is also in the
Dashboard with a checkbox next to it.
