I want to write a book

I want to write a book but I have never read a book to the end before and have the grammar of a middle schooler. I also don't know what to write about. HELP

From what I can see, your grammar is decent. Besides, wouldn't your publisher fix any grammatical errors that they find anyway? Also, reading an entire book from cover to cover would help. Sounds like you have more of an attention span issue rather than a writing one. That's just my guess though, I could be completely wrong about that.
