For this prank to work, you'll need proximity to a natural population of frogs or toads. You'll need them to reliably emit croaks, so that you can record them. Next, feed your voice through a vocoder-type setup that allows you to use the recording of the frogs as the vibrational base upon which your voice waveform will be imposed. The effect is that you hear frogs croaking your words. You want the frogs to say, "queers", "queers", "queeers", but only intermittantly amongst the natural croak sounds.
The target of your prank could be your brother and his friends who are to be camping in proximity to the frogs. When they are just tucked in for the night, play your frog audio from a good distance away, gradually louder to just match the loudness of the natural frogs. You will delight as you hear a camper say, "did I just hear a frog call us queers?"
