I can't believe you've never heard of Linux (this has to be a troll, but I'll bite anyway)! Anyway, if you're using Windows, you could probably use Cygwin http://www.cygwin.com/ to install a Unix-like enviroment under Windows, then install the nesscary python packages to get /prog/scrape up and running. If you're using a Mac, OS X is based on BSD, stupid! You should be able to downlaod this and get python up and running on OS X http://www.python.org/download/mac/

Or you could just burn a LiveCD of a Linux distro, and use that to run /prog/scrape, though that would seem a bit inconvient.

Oh, further note on python on OS X: OS X has python pre-installed already, but that page says that its installation of python may be a couple years old already, nevertheless, /prog/scrape should be able to work on it.

Why the fuck would you need Cygwin to run Python under Windows? Jesus fucking Christ. Just fucking get Python 2.5 or 2.6 and the sqlite3 module and fucking run it.
