I can't believe you've never heard of Linux (this has to be a troll, but I'll bite anyway)! Anyway, if you're using Windows, you could probably use Cygwin
http://www.cygwin.com/ to install a Unix-like enviroment under Windows, then install the nesscary python packages to get
/prog/scrape up and running. If you're using a Mac, OS X is based on BSD, stupid! You should be able to downlaod this and get python up and running on OS X

Or you could just burn a LiveCD of a Linux distro, and use that to run
/prog/scrape, though that would seem a bit inconvient.
