if i was dear leader the bill of rights

1 there will be a 4% tax on everything bought and sold in this union

2 all education primary secondary university or trade shall be free to every citizen

3 all advancements in science and health shall be applied at all hospitals in this union to all citizens for free

4 no substance shall be banned in this union

5 the police shall have no right to enter a citizens home except when life is in danger

6 all citizens of this union shall be required to own an assault rifle(age permitting)... have basic training of weapons and be required to defend their village if necessary

7 there shall never be instituted a central bank of any sort in this union all debts shall be paid in a precious metal coin which ratification debate of this document shall provide

8 anyone who does business within this union whether labor or free selling and buying shall be considered a citizen of this union and have all the rights written here

9 all citizens shall have the right to protest and overthrow the government by force if and when there is corruption

10 all citizens charged with a crime shall face an open court and shall only be convicted by an open majority of 10 citizens
