It's not about the word 'nigger', it's about intent. Because the convention happens to exist where white people call blacks niggers out of racism, only racists whites will use the word. And there is a convention for blacks to use the word nigger in some kind of dimwitted, ape-like attempt to be jovial and "bruvaly"
