Friend forgot he had knife in his bag & it was found for him by the airport. He was going to fly out for his honeymoon expecting the best but instead got cuffed, finger printed, charged & a court date for june to determine his fate
They were cool enough not to arrest him and let him go on the trip due only to them going for their honeymoon, if it was a normal vacation they said he would be going to jail.
He had a knife that was given to him at the bachelor party by his friend, he put it in the side pocket & with all the rushing this week he didn't know it was still there.
How likely would it be for the judge to believe that it was an honest accident & dismiss the charges?
Sucks so bad, I know it's his fault for leaving the gift in there but this still sucks & I'm sure it fucked up the honeymoon
