are you a fat?

What is your evidence for you to judge you as a fat?  If we could see a picture of your neck, would we say, yes that is a fat fat?  Is your feet both fat?  Do you have fat in the small of your back?

I'm a bit overweight, but nowhere near that bad. I do know someone like this though.
