actually the common term is not the fuck-bomb but rather the eff-bomb, since saying fuck is a bad word so calling it a fuck-bomb is defeating the point of censoring the bad word fuck. and it generally doesn't involve fucking people, it is just an expletive which has evolved beyond it's original use of sexual activity.

it is not a literal bomb, no. it is a metaphorical bomb, because the eff word fuck is so bad that it shocks people and make sthem notice because it is so unusual like if someone dropped a bomb.
