Canadian kids shows literally now shit

I was fortunate to have daily TV shows Mr. Dressup, the Friendly Giant, and from the USA we also got Sesame Street with some French bits added, and if we had cable we could watch the US's Mr. Rogers and Captain Kangaroo.  These were gentle shows with kind people.  Now there's a puppet shaped like a turd.
