Hitler actually believed that he was bettering the human race. To him, it was the most moral course of action he could take. In fact, he ended up irreversibly crippling his own war effort in order to avert what he perceived as a greater threat.

In a world where moral relativity is well-accepted and the ends often justify the means, how can a man described thusly be viewed as anything but a moral person?
