Happiness is the natural human state.

Everyone should be happy.

You're born happy. You're happy as a kid. It's only when you grow up that you are programmed by society and consumerism to be unhappy and worry about things that don't matter.

There are millions of people who have gotten everything they wanted in life, success, beautiful women, fame, fortune... but they still find themselves feeling miserable and empty. This is because their egos are based on things they have, rather than real self esteem.

Forget everything else... and just allow happiness to be your natural state.
