I don't believe the people I see day to day exist.

I think this is all some very elaborate dream.

You're all just a figment of my imagination.

Any time now, I will wake up and come to a world that is completely different. Hell, I could fucking be some Crusader, Genghis Khan, or fucking Hitler.

I'll fucking wake up and think "Holy shit, what the fuck was I dreaming?"

That or I really am the only fucking actual human being in the world. You are all just some sort of NPC's or A

I believe that dreams and wake-states are both possible world interpretations constructed to fit the available data.  When you sleep, the data are mostly memories, hopes, suspicions, and speculation, so odd interpretations are tried just to see if they help explain anything.  When you're awake, physical inputs get stronger, but they're not nearly as precise as you might think; they just provide a smattering of data points that your imagination can attempt to fit itself to.  Many of these data points are of course thrown out, because they're too far from the others or too far from what you would expect based on the others, according to your current interpretation.
