Not4chan grap extension

I am looking for an update for the not4chan grab extension.  this tool user to work on 4chan and would download the images from a thread, and rename them back to the original names (so instead of saving with the 4chan file name of 12345678.jpg, i would get the old name tina01.jpg)

since 4chan upgraded the site a month ago or so, the extension hasn't worked.  Anyone got an update?
