I spent the whole day working from home, got a fuckton done. In the process I forgot to have some caffiene today.
Now as a result I am stuck in my chair. I have zero will do even feed myself.

sigh. i did a fuckton today, i think i just worked off my inner energies and now that that is spent i have no chemicals to keep me going.

I haven't worked out in close to 3 weeks, i was lifting weights ever day and now... i can feel the lack of oomph in my life.
