wtf is this shit, these new episodes are getting even more lame, latest one is a perfect example (Once Upon a Time in Springfield) I'm not sure if I can even be bothered downloading this crap anymore.

something drastic needs to be done with this show too, kill off all the lame characters like the van houtens, indian octromom & lisa.

Well, it depends on which Simpsons fan you talk to. Some have told me season 8, some 9, sometimes 12, or even as far as 14. From my observation so far, there doesn't seem to be an agreed upon time where The Simpsons jumped the shark among its fans.
