Dude, that is Maitreya Buddha. He is the future Buddha that is to come in 10 million years and teach the glorious dharma. DUH
I figured that much out from studying buddhism for 3 years. That is also not his Buddha form, but an image based on the monk believed to be the Bodhisattva (buddha-to-be savior), who was extremely fat and went by the name of Budai.
When Maitreya becomes a buddha, he will be slender and have graceful beauty (based on the SUTRAS).
