ambiguous headlines piss me off

I keep reading the wrong meaning because headline writers don't give a shit.

Man rapes woman with penis

What does that mean?  The man used his penis?  The woman had a penis?  What?

What the hell are you reading.

I agree, the penis could be the woman's companion. They do it to make you read the article though. Otherwise you'd read the headline and piss off.
