I mean, I jerk off two to three times a day, but I kind of just see it as a duty to my body instead of this intense urge. It relieves pressure that the antidepressant I'm on builds up in my dick. When I've regularly had sex, it never really improved my life or even felt like anything remarkable. It was just some other routine to get into.

Getting obsessed with sex is the same as being an obsessive stoner, it is turning simple things that make you feel good into what your life revolves around. A lot of people are not as interested in sex as they claim. They are interested in being cared about and acknowledged, finding someone to replace their mother's ass and tits in other words.
So, there is nothing wrong with you if you do not desperately desire the validation of sex, it is actually a good thing, you have the chance to find a more meaningful sense of validation. Being Schizoid is just a personality type, people are scared of it however because it points to somebody who won't do anything for social acceptance, a wildcard.
