What u think is the best time of the day to submit your job applications online so that they'll receive the attention they deserve? I hear that submitting it on the weekend is no good cause they'll receive a flood of apps on Monday and speed right thru them..

If you really want the job then it doesn't matter, 'cause you need to follow the resume/cover letter with phone calls. If not, and the position isn't time sensitive, then Tuesday or Wednesday mornings.

Email bomb them with your resume + well thought out cover letter. That will at least get their attention.
