banned

this is rediculous, i was banned for something I didn't do. 
Not only that, but it said it was a 1 day ban, however it's been way more than 1 day and all i see is this now:

of course, the IRC was no help, and they blocked me there for asking why i was banned.

So if u go to starbucks or the public library to view this after being banned, is it considered ban evasion?  What are the consequences of that, assuming you don't cause any additional trouble after your first "ban"?
