Talking to girls is hard

So I'm walking down the street, and I see some girl coming towards me and she's looking all hot and shit.  Now I obviously want to get into her pants, as it were, but I also was raised with some degree of morals and decency so the whole "Hey, babe, want to sex?" opener isn't an option.  I'm looking for a serious relationship, but at this point there's absolutely nothing for me to go on except a primal physical attraction.

Of course, there's other options to chat her up and get to know her personally, which would allow for a much stronger basis for mutual love and respect to flourish.  However, I don't want to inadvertently give her the opinion that I consider her anything resembling an equal, that's just deceptive.  And I find it hard to talk to women as the inferior gender they are without it coming across as patronizing, or even downright rude.  And, quite frankly, I'm much more interested in seeing her naked than in her personality right now anyway, so any conversation I come up with is awkward at best.

I've read up on the internet on advice, but it all seems to be geared towards getting laid, and is ill-suited for the establishment of anything reasonably long-term.  Although I admit getting laid is the ultimate end goal of my excursions, if that was all I wanted I could easily just hook up with drunks at any of the myriad bars in my neighborhood.

I am in dire need of applicable advice.  I am getting to be quite lonely.
