Perhaps it is a kind of "fear" of how racially mixed children look aesthetically, and partly maybe of a biological desire to "stay with one's own kind", if you will. I generally look down upon miscegenation, but I also look down upon bigots who use the "n" word, or any other racial slur or look down upon people because of their race.

Everyone is racist to some degree. Some more than others, but all of us to a point. Saying you are not racist but failing the ultimate test of whether you would wish your genes to mix with what (in your deep subconscious) you class as an inferior race (yes you do, that is why the ideas is abhorrent to you) only illustrates my point.
