I'm 20, but people say I look 14 :(

I've heard other people complain about looking too young, but I haven't heard the advice. Should I just stop worrying about it, and reap the rewards in a couple years, or should I do something about it?

Would cutting my hair make me look older? I kind of like my long hair, and while I have received compliments about it, I have also been mistaken for a girl on a couple of occasions. I've also started to lift weights, I'm not sure if that would make a difference either.
