How do i learn to trust women again?

Almost every woman i have ever met lied to me. I've met someone i really like, but my pavlovian conditioning won't let me trust her.
This girl is fucking perfect for me, the best I've met in fucking years. If i could trust her it would be awesome. What the fuck do i do? I know it's kinda lame posting this here, but when we aren't trolling milkribs, i see some intelligent posters and value your opinions.

Spent all Christmas with her. Still not back together. I still love her. She claims she still loves me. What a fucking crock.
The stupid thing is I dumped my last gf, a seventeen year old blonde blue-eyed girl who fed me lots of coke, just so I could have a chance at getting my ex back. Well, I didn't get her back, but at least I got to fuck her again a bit.
Later today though, I leave my hometown and go back to my uni town. And the whole thing was pointless. Fuck.
