investors needed for tiny robot wings idea

I would like to speed the development of tiny robot wings that can be strapped onto a mouse, and wired to the mouse's brain.  Then, the mouse can be trained in the use of these wings, and the mouse will become adept at flying.  I can then employ the mouse to perform various tasks.

That would be so cool if you could really make something like that! But it is not possible with todays tech! I wish you luck on your journey though!

I saw in some science magazine in the 90s where they had a locust all teched out with shit to control it and I guess see what it sees and shit
